Official connection screens
Instagram, Facebook and Messenger connect through Meta authorization; WhatsApp Business uses Meta Embedded Signup; TikTok connects through TikTok authorization. Passwords and verification codes are entered only on the platform provider's own screen.
Only the permissions you approve
Eslabot receives a connection token limited to the permissions shown during authorization. You can disconnect a channel from your Eslabot workspace or revoke Eslabot access from the relevant platform at any time.
Protected Eslabot account
Your Eslabot password is converted into a salted, one-way security hash and is not stored as readable text. Password changes require a verification code sent to your registered work email.
Separated store data
Every workspace is scoped to its own account. Social connection tokens are encrypted and product, content, conversation and team records are handled within that account boundary.
Purpose-limited processing
Connected data is used to publish content, process approved comment or message automations, present sales links, report activity and provide support. Eslabot does not sell personal data and does not collect the shopper's product payment.
Payment, disconnection and deletion
Package payments are completed on iyzico's secure payment page, so card details are not transmitted to or stored by Eslabot. You can disconnect channels immediately and submit an account or data deletion request from your registered email.
