Disconnect the social account in the Eslabot panel and submit a “Delete my account and data” request through support.
Alternatively, email info@eslabot.com from your registered address with the subject “Eslabot Data Deletion Request”.
We verify account ownership for security. Once verified, active connections are revoked and deletion begins.
Except for records that must be retained by law, account data, access tokens, content, and automation data are deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

You can also remove Eslabot permissions in your Facebook or Instagram settings. This stops new access; submit the request above to delete data previously processed by Eslabot.
