Disconnect your social account
Open your Eslabot panel, remove the connected social media account, and create an account and data deletion request from the support area.
Send an email request
Alternatively, email info@eslabot.com from your registered email address with the subject “Eslabot Data Deletion Request”.
Verify account ownership
For your security, Eslabot verifies that the request comes from the account owner before disconnecting active integrations and starting deletion.
Deletion is completed
Except for records that must legally be retained, account data, access tokens, content, and automation data are deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Remove Meta permissions
You may also remove Eslabot permissions from your Facebook or Instagram settings. This stops future access. To delete data previously processed by Eslabot, submit one of the requests described above.
